How do I know ignore a member who has restricted who can view its profile?

There's no option for me to select to ignore member like there normally is when a member's profile is not restricting public view.

I'm going to need a little more information on this - and feel free to PM me if you're not comfortable putting the info of what you're dealing with and who the member is publicly.

You just click on the username and a popup gives you the option to ignore user. Sorry for taking your time!
