Now that SB LI is in the books and was such an enjoyable game for the ages, it might be good to have a thread where we can list those who deserve to share in this victory celebration, due to their support through all of the BS that the NFL* and the Omissioner threw at us.
Certainly we have already acknowledged the many Saints fans for their support, but there are others,
Such as Steph Stradley and Sally Jenkins for their steadfast support, and who were shown to have had the courage to buck the popular opinion and side with those who were right and so unjustly maligned.
Steph, I know you are a Texans fan and the Pats won the SB on your home field, but you were as staunch a supporter as anyone, and I hope you can feel some pride in what the Pats were able to accomplish. Hopefully that can suffice until you get to feel the joy when the team closest to your heart makes it to the top.
Sally, you were an undaunted warrior in the quest for truth and to expose the lies of the forces of evil.
This win is for you too.
