That's Rudolph's Shining New Year. Lame indeed. Baby New Year has huge ears like dumbo, only is way uglier. Slightly better is Rudolph and Frosty's Christmas in July.

I always liked the Snowmiser better...I love when he goes "Bbbbbrrrrr, I'm too much!" Plus, the little chorus line of snow demons is hilarious...

Then, Mother Nature reprimands the both of them and goes to bat for Mrs. Claus.
