Believe it or not but I have a picture of that play that I tore from
a Sports Illustrated issue.
Some co-workers asked why I would hang such a picture up.
I told them that it was to remind me of the kind of crap luck it took
to beat the Pats that year.
Truth be known.
I really don't know why I hung that damn thing up.

LOL. I'm all for denial. I'd probably be lying if I said I haven't contemplated moving to Nicaragua, getting one of those 19-0 t-shirts that got shipped there, and doing whatever it takes to convince myself that the pass to Tyree dropped to the ground and we went on to win....

I can't wait until this Super Bowl is over and we are one calendar year removed from that god awful game. Every playoff game, particularly as teams drive with a few minutes left in the game, I am reminded of the Manning-Tyree drive.

Better off with the Celtics tipping off at high noon and taking up 2.5 hours I might otherwise devote to NBC. Thank you NBA schedule-makers...
