GTFB, Fellas

TY Hilton has been targeted 33 times in the past two games, so I'm hardly seeing it as anything of an overreaction on any level. On top of that, he led the Colts in red zone looks too, although Coby Fleener was a close 2nd.

If we're not going to GTFB with Hilton, then I'd question the use of even preparing for the opposition's best weapon? I would imagine that Troy Brown would be well tuned in to the kind of thinking that Belichick has normally used when facing players like this.

As far as Hilton being a "poor man's Julian Edelman," that is practically laughable. While Edelman proved himself as a capable enough target who rose to the challenge and was able to stay healthy this year, I wouldn't imagine that there'd be too many NFL GMs who would rather have Julian Edelman than TY Hilton, who looks to be one of the more promising young, speedy, major playmakers in the entire NFL.

I would assume that if Hilton had 150+ targets from Tom Brady on this particular team like Edelman had due to a lack of any other viable weapon, we'd have been a hell of a lot more effective in our WR game this season. I hope that we are able to keep Edelman, but there seems to be a good deal of overreacting in that sense too.

The overreaction is not to the player, his ability or importance in the game plan it was to the idea that he will be catching deep bombs all day. Perhaps I was not completely clear.

I spent the whole game screaming GTFB when the Pats were on defense. And screaming RTFB when they were on offense...

One big mistake by a guy who has hardly made any like that this season, but overall it was a very fine performance. A lot of really good throws under pressure into tight windows, which you can't really do much about.

What happened to GTFB in the third quarter? Their receivers aren't exceptional either, but Luck throws a tremendous deepball. So hard to be that accurate. Don't know what happened to McCpurty, who should have GTFB in a catch up situation and didn't.
