You know they got a draft pick in that trade, right? Which that draft pick turned out to be Joe Thuney (starting LG) and Malcolm Mitchell (made a huge play to setup their 2nd TD last week)

When talking to the media this week he kind of indicated that he was playing. Although not sure the call will ultimately be up to him because i'm sure they'll test him prior to the game

You've cobbled together two independent comments ("We don't need Gronk until Pittsburgh because we're still better than the other teams until then" and "I like AJ Derby and want to see what he can do") to make an argument that literally no one has ever, and will ever claim.

Agreed. Last week we had Fleming at LT and Cannon at RT, and Cannon got hurt. Tackle is really the Achille's heel for this team. If we don't have Soldier for a good part of the season we are in a world of hurt.

I think if we had Soldier last year we would be polishing our 5th Super Bowl trophy.
