while this is great news I cant help laughing at how the media is playing this out "impact of gronk","boost for brady" ,"breaking news!!" . Dont remember an injured player supposed to come back having this much news coverage.
Now they need other storylines from next week .Some which we may see "Gronk came back too soon?","Gronk same player as 2 yrs ago?". etc etc.

Personally, at this point I expect Gronk to be about 85-90% of what he was. Maybe not 80 yards and a 1 TD every week, but so far we have 9 catches for 96 yards and 1 TD on the season from our existing TEs. If Gronk even puts up 4 catches for 50 yards and a TD every other game, that is a MASSIVE upgrade for this offense.

The run-blocking is where I think we'll have to wait a while to see vintage Gronk. He's probably 15-20 pounds below his ideal playing weight, so I don't think we'll see him steamrolling 260 pound LBs and DEs quite as often.
