My take from it all:
McD stressed this is Home and my kids see this as Home
When he came in the building this time around he said “why did I ever leave”

His praise of Drake’s progression as a 2nd year player is very promising
Says he asks question’s a vet player would ask. More or less said he is opening up the book more than he expected

His relationship with Vrabel sounds solid.
Especially since Vrabel let him do a extensive sit down
