google chrome scrolling

is anyone else seeing this annoying auto scrolling that when in a thread, it keeps taking you to the top of the thread?

I am seeing it on 2 different computers

Yessir. It only seems to happen when there is an embedded video advertisement at the top of the page.

I use Chrome but have AdBlock installed and have never seen the issue.
