No I mean the paying attention to detail and hard work culture that could ignore the noise and reject the hype. TB embraced and embodied it. He may have come in with some of his own, but he certainly wasn't the carrier of that message until further down the line. I'd say his influence was more prominent in the second set of SB wins.
