I'm embarassed to say I can't solve this without looking up the equations. I'm sure someone here can solve this of the top of their head? It's sort of bugging me.... @Palm Beach Pats Fan ? Anyone remember all this kinetic and potential energy stuff and spring constants and all that? This actually doesn't seem like a super-easy problem to me...
