Patriots win = Brady ties Montana for SB wins and passes him for playoff wins

Patriots loss = just 1 SB win for the 49ers instead of 2 for Manning and 3 for Mannings

The replay does not conclusively show he touched it.

It does show that the path of the ball is not altered. The ball does not react like it has been touched.

Regardless, dumb ass play by the returner
