They traded #32 for Cooks in the 2017
That pick was traded in March 2017 for the April 2017 draft. So they knew it would be pick 32.

Never have they traded a year (let alone 2 years) in advance when they did not know where they would be picking

Dumb move

4th rounder for Randy Moss
1st and a 5th for AJ Brown where you do not know the value of the pick.
Its like going into a super market blind folded

This is very bad front office management
