I don't know if I believe fully. But I will say this. Terrell Owens ran a 4.7 40 at his combine. Put a football in his hands and that 4.7 became a 4.3. Anything is possible, I'm sure he is a bit quicker but not T.O. type of speed.

Ninkovich says that players rarely challenge Belichick, but that in the rare instances when they do, the coach has a ready-made response: “His line is: ‘I’ve forgotten more about football than you’ll ever know'"
