A cocaine overdose you are not getting released in the same day. Physically,mentally or legally. Look how long Lamar Odom was in the hospital. And no way in hell would he be physically ready to practice.

1st off the Herald went to the wrong place for their info. If it is a medical call then the ambulance crew would do a report not the police. If it were an OD then police would do a report for an example I had to do one today for a white female who had OD on heroin. Departments are now tracking OD's with a special code in their systems.

Locking up business or houses is done daily and been on 100's of unsecured residence or business. Cleaning crews are the worst at securing business.​

How do they lock the doors without a key? Do they jump out of the 2nd floor window?

First, there are windows, sliding doors to gardens or balconies, etc..
Second, there are deadbolts that use a key on both sides.
Third, there are alarm systems.

One reason it might -- in some towns (e.g. mine), the police and fire stations are in the same building. I.e., if you're going somewhere other than an actual hospital for help, there's one natural place.

If "admitted" and "secured" are accurate then this points to the possibilities of: (A) a robbery Chandler interrupted/tried to stop/received an injury trying to escape. (B) an alcohol and testosterone fueled party that came to blows/got out of hand. (C) Chandler had psychotic female company that spiraled into some sort of domestic violence (where he didn't fight back and instead went to the police station - smart move if that was the case). (D) He had a food allergy or some sort of home accident, and the 'secure' part was simply due to him having to leave his home quickly and the Police went back to secure it. (E) Narcotics issue.

He was at practice/practicing so that is a damn good sign this isn't a serious injury. If it was a robbery. out of hand party or a domestic thing I assume we would have heard mention by now of the offending party. If narcotics then I would assume Police would have mentioned it. If food allergy or home accident we will see something, I assume, on the IR tomorrow....

I had read that he lives a block from the police dept.
