I don't think that we disagree much here if I state that we have 4 RB positions. I consider Montgomery to be a special teamer who is a deep backup at other positions. He may get very few reps at WR or RB. That depends on injuries, how Strong and Harris develop, and the role of the 4th RB.

IMO, we need 4 RB's, not counting Montgomery. You seem to agree. For now, Taylor is sitting in that roster spot.

I wonder how the coaches feel about Hurd... He was a decent RB at TN but transferred to Baylor because he no longer wanted to play RB...
I'm a little surprised and even more disappointed that one of the vet RBs available, even if it isn't Cook or Elliot, wasn't signed here to fill the 90.
