Not sure what to make of it, but here are QB ratings for the 1:00 games. . . .

Chad Pennington [19/29, 183 yds, 1/0] = 94.5
d. J. P. Losman [22/38, 328 yds, 1/1] = 84.1

Lord Favre [25/36, 340 yds, 3/0] = 127.1
d. Jon Kitna [25/40, 342 yds, 2/1] = 96.0

Paymetons Manning [14/31, 219 yds, 1/0] = 79.9(!)
d. Byron Leftwich [16/28, 107 yds, 1/2] = 47.8

Daunte Culpepper [17/26, 168 yds, 0/0] = 83.5
d. Kerry Collins [19/33, 269 yds, 1/2] = 68.9

Rex Grossman [23/41, 278 yds, 1/2] = 64.9
d. Brad Johnson [21/31, 194 yds, 0/0] = 84.6(!)

Jake Delhomme [22/36, 272 yds, 1/0] = 93.8
d. Chris Simms [13/24, 139 yds, 1/1] = 67.8

Mark Brunell [24/27(!), 261 yds, 1/0] = 119.3
d. David Carr [19/29, 208 yds, 2/1] = 95.19

Carson Palmer [18/26, 193 yds, 4/2] = 98.3
d. Ben Worthlessberger [18/39, 208 yds, 0/3] = 30.7

Big Ben is playing worse and worse, must not be fully recovered yet. The completion percentage on Brunell is impressive, I thought I heard someone said he made 22 completions straight?

"Passer rating" is really about turnovers. Everyone with a higher passer rating threw fewer INTs. So if you're point is, the Qb who throws fewer INTs generally wins the game, that's really not a surprise. (As a side note, I hate the "Passer rating" stat; my venom is not directed at you personally:) ) FUMBLES should be included in passer rating to make it more accurate. That way no one would ever again say a good word about Culpepper by referring to his "stats". Also Warren Moon would have been excluded from the HOF; I believe his induction was unwarranted. He was a real Bledsoe.

He completed every pass to Clinton Portis, Ladell Betts and other Rbs. Sorry, that doesn't count in the unofficial record book of Great Memories and Performances.

Just means that it's a team game and you need a good defense, good running game, and special teams.

Against that potent Texans' defense? How can you say such a thing! :p

(Now Brunell knows how to match Pay-me-tons records)

Exactly, Texans defense is dominating, they have Mario Williams!
