First Meaningless 2025 Mock

I have to say, the NFL Mock Draft Database simulator is a bit trash. I had to pass on some obviously unrealistic picks to make this mock.

1. Riley Leonard went 3 overall.
2. Abdul Carter fell to 9.
3. Kyle Kennard and Josaiah Stewart fell into the 4th.
4. I could have had my pick of Que Robinson or Damien Martinez at pick 217.

IMO, whatever the most used mock site is at the moment, is the most accurate simulator. I suspect the rankings are a mixture of player grades from the website, and an average of where players are being selected by the site users. So more users equal more accurate averages.

Pretty funny how we all used to use PFF. Those idiots really thought they had a service that was so much better that the majority of people would pay. This is just a silly hobby. Most of us spend to much time doing this as is, to think a lot of people would pay on top of that. Comical

I imagine their web traffic is a ghost town RN

You want a mock that includes a Guard within the top 100, you Got a mock that includes a Guard within the top 100:

22. Josh Simmons LT Ohio State
38. Donovan Jackson LG/T Ohio State; our Opening Day starter at LT until Simmons is ready, then he becomes our starting LG
48. Kenneth Grant 0/1-T DT Michigan
58. Jaylin Noel WR Iowa State; Higgins was already gone
69. TreVeyon Henderson RB Ohio State
79. Jack Bech WR TCU
81. Elijah Arroyo TE Miami (FL)
89. Ozzy Trapilo RT Boston College; I really REALLY wanted Anthony Belton here
118. Oluwafemi Oladejo ED/LB UCLA
121. Danny Stutsman LB Oklahoma
135. Jacob Parrish CB Kansas State
150. Jack Sawyer EDGE Ohio State; I'm shocked at how far he's fallen in the eyes of Pauline & co.
166. Nohl Williams CB California
181. Willie Lampkin OG North Carolina
199. Cody Simon LB Ohio State
217. Caleb Ransaw DB Tulane; Free Safety of the Future?
231. Ryan Fitzgerald K Florida State

2026 ARI 2nd
2026 ARI 3rd
2026 LAC 3rd
2026 TB 4th
2026 MIA 5th
2026 CIN 6th
2026 MIA 7th

That's a great mock although I don't think there's any way Hampton makes it to 38 (and Higgins at 41 might end up being a stretch). Do you envision Lampkin playing at OG? Because I think he's too short to play guard at under 5'11". I think at best he's a center which means you've drafted two centers. Just a thought.

Don't get me wrong, on tape Lampkin is one of my favourite prospects to watch but he's just such an outlier size wise that he's really hard to project to the NFL as an OL. Perfect FB though.

This is the template. First three picks are wonderful. At 69 I would have gone with edge rusher Princely. Mason Taylor at 77 is ideal!

My trade was Chicago 10 and 41 for 4.

So at 144 I went Danny StudMan, LB, Oklahoma.

My only regret is not having the Purdue OC available in the seventh round. Gus Hartwig is climbing up the boards. Being smart, tough, and versatile is paying dividends for him.

For those of you who enjoy mock drafts just discovered nfldraftbuxx.com they have a pretty good mock draft simulator which I have found to do a better job then nflmockdraft. They seem to have somewhat thought out picks for the other teams. Enjoy, I stumbled across it watching a you tube mock draft and then tried it. It's not bad.

I got Cowboys 1st round in 2026 for pick 38!

Only negative was not landing any DL in such a deep class.
Campbell at #4????

I don’t know who you are anymore man! We’re in bizzaro world now with you picking Campbell and @captain stone picking kickers!

I just tried that it is not bad but I think they throw in players too much for the 4th pick i got Dallas pick there 1st next year a couple others and an OT then at 12 I got offered a WR and a few picks

First mock of the week, and first update of the week on PFN as of 3/24:

20. Josh Simmons LT Ohio State; Gambling on Greatness, but trading down multiple times provides me with the capital needed to invest in a backup plan...

34. Donovan Jackson OL Ohio State; Ladies & gentlemen, the Backup Plan, part One...

43. Kenneth Grant DT Michigan; what ****ing good is Milton Williams when we can't stop the run worth ****?

51. Jayden Higgins WR Iowa State; the first pick I have over 48 and I'm taking this dude.

65. TreVeyon Henderson RB Ohio State; bada-bing...

95. Elijah Arroyo TE Miami (FL); bada-boom. Anthony Belton, aka Backup Plan part Two, was taken a few picks earlier

104. Oluwafemi Oladejo EDGE UCLA; still need new blood off the edge.

110. Ozzy Trapilo OT Boston College; consolation prize for losing Belton.

120. Danny Stutsman LB Oklahoma; hoping he plays like a Stud, man.

138. Kyle Williams WR Washington State; first time mocking him to us. A nice ying to Higgins' yang.

154. Jack Sawyer EDGE Ohio State; don't know what PFN's problem with him is... I would've taken Jah Joiner here if not Sawyer.

179. Nohl Williams CB California; Outside CB #3.

192. Zah Frazier DB UTSA; Freak. Free Safety of the Future?

204. Willie Lampkin G/FB North Carolina; Mister Jumbo Package.

219. Craig Woodson S California; Free Safety of the Present, but was Really hoping for Caleb Ransaw here.

238. Isaac TeSlaa WR Arkansas; another first-time mock for me, and another Big WR for our QB (sorry Efton).

257. Ryan Fitzgerald K Florida State; Mister Irrelevant is Exactly how I feel about drafting Special olympics Teamers.

2026 DAL 2nd
2026 DEN 3rd
2026 NYG 3rd
2026 TEN 3rd
2026 DEN 4th
2026 BUF 7th
2026 NYG 7th
Plus all 7 of our own picks.
