I think if Campbell and Banks are off the board as in your scenario here, Simmons will go to the 49ers. SF has no one to replace Trent Williams and McKivitz isn't very good. Simmons can have a redshirt year getting healthy and step in for Williams in 2026, or replace McKivitz this year if he is healthy enough.

I also think like the entire world seems to that Jeanty is destined for Dallas.

This is my guy, the person I want the Pats to draft the most. I was watching LT Overton because of our need at edge, but I could not take my eyes off Campbell. Dude is very instinctive, is able to shed well and has great speed. Campbell can play on ball or off ball at Will, Mike or Sam.

He can be over aggressive at times and bites on play action or takes missteps. Good in coverage and great blitzer, could also be a OLB in 3-4 look. If trying to reshape the defense, this is the face of that and potential green dot.
