I bet the put him though a workout, it went ok but and at the end of it felt that they wanted to make 100% that whatever ails him how will not be a problem during the stretch run.

As for the Cap implications, Miguel posted that there was an $800K difference in terms of guaranteed money.. Which is PLENTY of reason for the Pats to cut him and bring him back week 2 if it was their reasoning..

Lafell can be on the practice field working with the Training staff doing rehab work. He can't be participating in the team drills or having an active player throwing balls to him..

I bet there the all kinds of stuff going on. If there is a trade involved, paperwork needs to go to the NFL. We all know that isn't exactly a well-oiled machine. Hell, they're probably throwing the Pats trade requests in the trash and not even looking at them

Yes it has.. I just did a refresh and all the players released yesterday have been removed..
