FF Draft -- When to hold it?

Okay, lets assume that it is two weeks before labor day the time most folks hold their FF draft and we don't have a labor deal.

Should you hold your draft party right on schedule, assuming that their will be football at some point? Or wait until the deal is worked out?

hard to say.

I want to say a week after FA starts, but if they sign a deal on tuesday and expect to play that upcoming sunday you might be stuck.
