Exactly! Do they still have the kid they drafted a few years ago sittin' the bench, "being shown the ropes" by Favre? I think his name was Aaron Rogers, but I'm not sure.

I just saw a blurb on Favre discussing this on ESPN. They'll probably hype it up by the end of the day!

Aaron Rogers isn't very good. Even if Favre retired they'd have to play someone else.

I like his comments where he's accusing the GB front office of being passive aggressive (by not building the offense), and asking if there's something they know that he doesn't know...

Well Brett, I dunno... it can look like they're just doing what they believe is right for the team, or you're right, it could be they're waiting you out.

For God's sakes. This guy commented when they drafted Rogers (his backup) that he wouldn't be mentoring him, basically because that kid would be his replacement. Compare and contrast with Drew's attitude, doing his best to help Tommy win that first super bowl.

Drew did fall from NFL grace by a couple years later, and now the same thing has happened with Romo. But I have to say the class and team-first attitude he showed is just the RIGHT thing to do in that circumstance. And Favre wasn't even talking about helping a kid out who is on the field, vying for his job... he won't even give him the time of day even though he's on the bench...

Use to "get" what was special about Favre 5 years ago. Don't anymore. How "special" is it to lose 4 games a year specifically because of "the old gunslinger's" turnovers? How "special" is more int.s than touchdowns?

What the hell do GB fans want him to stay for anyway?

While the article implies that Moss did not chose the Pats over the Pack, I find that a little hard to believe. If all Moss wants to do is win, you go to the team that won half of the last six Super Bowls and seems primed for another.

Also, if both teams offered the same trade bait, do you think Al Davis would rather send Moss to the Patriots or Packers. I think we can all agree that he would much rather send Moss to the Packers, an NFC team.
