He was really competitive and left it all on the field with us even when we weren't close to being a playoff team. Nothing but respect. He would have been a tremendous asset during the Tom Brady years.

Thanks for last season Zeke. Enjoyed watching him

Good never forgot how he alligator armed a perfect pass.
Not all of his plays were good. That goes for everyone including the best.

He still had his moments in a season that gave us precious few of those. Liked him more than I thought I would.

Sneakily I felt he was one of if not our best weapon. His loss will likely be felt more than people realize.

Heading into the draft I was hoping the Patriots would take a late round RB.
Audric Estime, Rasheen Ali, Kimani Vidal, Jase McClellan, Dylan Laube, Iasaiah Davis, etc.

My concern is that the Pats have been so heavily reliant on Rhamonde Stevenson.
Too much use = too many hits = more likelihood of another injury, or slowing down.
Plus he is a free agent next year.

If Stevenson gets hurt again it's down to Gibson and Kevin Harris.
Not an ideal situation.

Meh. I didn't hate on Zeke, but there was no one, jaw dropping play that made me think he should be part of the future. His production will be relatively easy to replace on the waiver wire later this summer.

No state tax and millionaires tax in TX.

Just sayin'.

I agree, but that also doesn't say much

Belichick gave him the wink wink ….

I would have drafted a RB in the 6th but let's be real that's comparable to a UDFA RB.

So hopefully we get a few bodies in camp that way or pick another team's roster cuts for a backup RB.

Hopefully not, given he was our best option more out of necessity.

No knock on him at all. More just that a quality but aging RB2 should not be your best weapon.

I am not very happy about this; why did the Patriots let him escape? He was a great guy.

Woulda loved him back at that price, but guessing this is what he wanted

Just to keep things in balance, here's some disrespect...
