The line is set so that 1/2 of all bets will come in on each team. If too many bets come in on one team or the other, the line is adjusted to compensate.

No the line has no relation to the Accuscore system.

I think what they do is put a million different stats into a computer and it comes out with a prediction,Its a really cool idea.
