Quick healer! Dude's a keeper for real.

I'll gladly take him back for the Philly game

This news is most good

Same as Chung earlier in the season.

Comes back early, does the last walkthrough/practice of the week, then plays the week later.

...not made of glass.

They've been lucky. Chung, Mayo, McCourty. It could have been devastating.

I'm thinking Ras-I had some nagging injuries and needed a season off to heal up. This organization is far-sighted like that.

You read of some veterans that take a year off and how much better they feel, given enough time to heal completely.

The silver lining goes to gold after a win using replacements.

Dowling would have been put on IR with this injury

Not really. As someone that has had a long (too long for my taste) history with separated shoulders, I can tell you that McCourty is probably still in a ton of pain. He's back at practice (making him a bad ass), but I would be HIGHLY shocked if he played this week. I'd be just as shocked if he played at Philly. IMO, he's out AT LEAST two weeks.

Mccourty won't play this week..but he NEEDS to vs the Eagles and their WR's

Ehhh...... If there's one game I don't mind the Patriots losing the rest of the way, it's the one against the Eagles.

vick and maclin might be out.
maybe if we're lucky d=jax forgets to set his alarm clock.

They are easily the best team the pats will play the rest of the way. They can turn it on and score a lot...

If Jackson is focused,he might put 200 yards on the board ...regardless of which QB is playing

I hope you're right eom, but from what I understand Maclin and Vick barely missed this game vs the NYGiants.

I imagine that they'll both be back next week; the only chance they'd have of missing is if the Giants win again and they held them out for precautionary reasons if one or the other was on the border of returning.

It'd be awfully nice to have one or the other out, no doubt.

Me thinks that the secondary in the playoffs is Arrington, Chung, Moore and McCourty with castoff du jour in the nickle and dime.

Get 'em all healthy for the stretch run.

I'm with you : with #44 as the third (and sometimes 2nd) safety. If we see nice things from Moore, it'd be quite a find.
