This other guy, I forgot his name gave the Patriots an A+
Skip Gayless gave the Patriots a B-. Skip thought that Upshaw was the better pick. Mangina said that Hightower was the better fit because he has a higher football IQ and versatile!

Nick Saban and BB are best friends.

Bayless should connect the dots and figure out that Saban is going to tell BB who the better LB would be for NE. I firmly believe that Saban gave BB the heads up with Mayo and BJGE.

Mangini's comments are pretty useful since he has a great knowledge of the coaching and orgganizational philosophy of the Pats.

All his comments on the Pats have been pretty objective and well reasoned, including his comments today.

Bayless is their to argue which is part of the show's format, he is the clown to Mangini's straight man.

Frankly, I don't pay much attention to what the Rat says about the Patriots.

He is doing everything in his power to ingratiate himself to Belichick and get his old boss and onetime mentor to forgive him publicly for what he did. Mangini knows that he's never going to be trusted inside any NFL lockerroom as a media person until he can put behind him the fact that he betrayed the trust of his former team.
