Edelman Injury Seems to Now Be Confirmed

here a good write up by DocFlynn

Well me not being a doctor.. I thought to myself he either sprained it or he tore it. I just summed up the article in 1 sentence. It was pretty obvious.

However I am not convinced JE tore is ACL MCL.

But if he did our offense will not be nearly as consistent. JE keeps the chains moving.

Doesn't Edelman subscribe to the TB12 method and Alex Guerrero? Isn't that supposed to mitigate this schitt? Pliability and all that
Guerrero stock just went down 945 points in after hours trading.

There's only so much mitigation when you're made of glass, unfortunately.

There's like 4 different doctors on twitter who say it's almost surely an ACL tear, i'm gonna believe them.

Not trying to be negative, but IF Julian is out for the season do you think its possibke i could be career ending or at the least reduce his career by a year (not counting 2017). Just generally curious what the opinion on that is.

Burkhead goes to the slot. Deus called it a long time ago.

Yea for the uneducated in medicine like us we kinda have to

I can't be the only fan who has fantasized about being able to swap ligaments when one of my favorite players goes down.

I could still do my job while recovering from an ACL.

There's absolutely a chance of that. Welker was what, 29 when he tore is ACL? Came back from that too quick, the 2nd year back had a good year with Denver, and then he was done.

Edelman's already 31, so sure, it's possible.

You were thinking about the NFL as a career last season maybe you can jump in there.

Wouldn't say ending but if its a acl tear, I don't think Edelman will be the same atleast for awhile, they say it takes a full year to recover from ACL so 2019 would be him back at full form potentiality if he drops off next season and also he will be 33 in '19

His good year in Denver was his 4th year back

I had the Pats going 19-0. If Edelman is out for the year then I think that ship sailed. Too bad cause I thought they had a real good chance to right that wrong,

I still think they win the super bowl assuming no other key injuries.

Hogan/Mitchell/White will now be bigger parts of the offense.

Gronk has to be gronk but we need another wideout for depth.

Schefter reports kneel sprain, not ACL. MRI tomorrow
