Draft measurements during the Belichick regime (and assorted stats that may interest only me)

I keep coming back to this stat. I'm not advocating for or against drafting any of the players, but it's fascinating to look at the disparity in explosive plays between Jacobs and Henderson vis-à-vis their consensus draft rankings. Something doesn't add up.

*Edited*

Diontae Johnson and Terry McLaurin numbers look very strong in the charts for mid-round values.

Jalen Hurd would also be a good big-size receiver value in the mid rounds.

There's an explanation for each chart in the article.

Links aren’t working for me. What are the numbers? Are we talking analytics, statistics or athleticism?

@patchick I hope you didn't plan on getting any work done today. This is fascinating and fun!

The real metrics that matter. Finally, useful numbers to determine good football players!

Bill now has another reason to stay far, far away from Riley Ridley (and the rest of the unimpressive lot of UGA WRs).
