Has patsfans ever liked a pick? I mean, other than one made by another team...

Think the Hernandez pick got a LOT of love, even more than the Gronk pick. Brandon Spikes had a lot of fans on here when he was drafted, too.

There sure is quite a bit of *****ing about these picks in this thread, but I guess that is to be expected on draft day.

Admittedly I'm no expert on these guys specifically but we filled needs in both positions. I've also heard some encouraging things about both players. If they can just be productive players for us I'll be happy with it.

We haven't made a Tavon Wilson/Jordan Richards type of pick yet so that's good.

I wasn't thrilled about Jones that early at first but I'm actually very excited now.

Thuney I thought was much lower graded... the perils of knowing a prospect only through mock draft simulation games. Hopefully he's part of an overhaul of the backup oline on the team. Starters are fine for now, though they need to look at the future.
