Tamper got blacked out all last season despite contending for a playoff berth thru December and the Phins are notorious for having Jets (ugh) and Patriots fans en mass out cheer their tepid limp wristed claps for the LOLPhins.
I guess visiting Pats fans are better than home Pats Fans.

They should really be worried about the noise that Gronk1 and Gronk2 will bring.

Cities like Miami, Tampa and Atlanta have a hard time selling out home games because their population is nomadic. Something like half the people who live in Atlanta weren't born there. So these cities have a tough time when their teams are not doing too good. It's not like they have the memories of going to old Foxboro stadium with their grandpa, etc, that the rest of us have...
I've been to Sox games at the Trop, and you might as well be at Fenway (at least 50-60%of the crowd), I'm actually going to be in Tampa on Monday and was conteplating a quick junket to Miami, but I think I will settle for the Hooters.

I would agree that they are louder. In fact, much louder. Gillette is one of the quieter stadiums that I've been to. I've seen Pats games in Atlanta, Miami, Jacksonville, Tampa and SF and every time the fans have been very vocal. I think it's a combination of trying to represent the Pats, more hardcore fans, less of a corporate influence and alcohol. That said, while Miami was fairly loud considering we got beat bad, it wasn't something that would have caused their offense problems. Hopefully it will be louder this Monday!
Not last year. Me and my family were vastly outnumbered by Dolphins fans as were the rest of the Pats fans there. This year is different. The front office of the Dolphins seems to want to make big, splashy moves instead building an actual team. Listening to sports talk radio down here, people are simply sick of it. Add onto that that Ross seems to be obsessed with competing with Heat to be the #1 team in town, and you get a home crowd that is less than enthused.
Really? I was in a section that was probably 50-50.....until the 4th quarter, then it was like 90-10
It could reach 120 Gronkibels.
Please, don't start with this nonsense.
