There is no bigger homer/Patriots fan than I am. I have my own little things that I have to do before or during the game. Certain Patritos stuff I have to wear, PFW folded on the depth carts, kiss my golf balll with the 3X SB Champions logo. Things like that.

But I always thought that face painting was carrying things a little too far.

Let's have a poll and perhaps I am wrong about the face painting thing.

Hmmm. I'm not sure how to vote. I am a chick and I guess, paint my face every day. Does that count?

Only if it looks like this when you are done;

I use to be very superstitious, for example the pats were losing a game back in 07, my wife walked in wearing a pair of shoes tht made a lot of racket. At that moment we scored, don't remember exactly what happened but the pats came back to win the game. For the next Two Years i would put the shoes on top of the tv facing out ward. When that didn't work i reversed it. Thats just one of the superstitions i had, but i finally gave up on them all, just to much work.

"Yeah, gotta support the team."

Eh, doesn't work without the voice from that guy in Seinfeld--Puddy or whatever his name was. "The Devils! Devils!!!!!"

If this trade costs us a spot in the POs, then perhaps Bill ought to consider painting his face so he wouldn't be recognized in public.

But seriously folks, I would rather paint my face or wear home-made Pats clothes, then spend > $200 on Roger Badell/Bill Polian-approved, official "NFL" product.

So of all the posters here, no one paints their face on game day? Hard to believe.

I like to get "dressed up" for the games...but painting your face is dumb imo

Face paint is persona non grata for me.
