Well, the line was from the 2000 version of the original, so you're forgiven for missing it.

But, another bit of trivia. While the Exorcism itself in the movie is commonly viewed as based on one that took place in the midwest in the 40's or 50's, the character of the Exorcist himself is based on a Jesuit priest, who lived in the shadows in Maryland. He was either the host of unusual mental capacities or was actually beset by the Devil, as there was an urban legend of very unusual events occurring around him, such as the furniture in his room moving around during the night. As far as I know, he did not die by falling down the steps at the far end of the Georgetown campus.

Yea exorcism/Satan movies are great. I'm Catholic and I love 'em

When it comes to movies I'm real slow on the uptake. I finally got around to watch, "The Conjuring"on a long flight to Asia....that was pretty intense..
