I really think this kid is getting some harsh media coverage

Dez Bryant blows off steam, one last time | ProFootballTalk.com

From what I hear he has not been in any real trouble with the law or drugs or anything like that,He has been noted to be lazy a bit in getting to team meetings ect: but this kid does not deserve questions like is his mother a prostitute and does she do drugs.

I would rip a new azzhole in that media or team F.O. man who said that,I wonder what team asked him those personal questions

I would be happy to see this kid on our team and learn from 2 vets and prove others wrong about him, this kid has made some mistakes but is not a criminal and needs a chance to prove himself ala Randy Moss

If hes available when the Pats are on the clock at 22 the Pats better take him. This would definitely make our WR group one of the best in the league, and get the offense back to one of the elite. Adding Holt and Bryant would be the 2 quality WRs we said we needed to add going into the 2010 season. Just adding Holt makes the offense go from above average to very good, but we want to be back in the elite catagory

I certainly think that if this kid learns from 2 of the top veteran WRs in the league and if he ignores the outside world and keeps his head on straight he can most definately be right there for offensive rookie of the year.

Holt brings that veteran leadership here and that could make a difference with a confused kid like Bryant, even if Holt is not extremely productive ON the field,I see him being great off the field with young WRs

This kid has potential even higher than Harvin who I loved last year in the draft

This kid has every right to be pissed and I would be too. He is a great player who suffers from immaturity. He is motivated and really has something to prove. I hope the Pats take him at 22. Moss is his idol and can help this kid a lot. Holt as well. Give me a motivated player with something to prove anytime!

He could even be Moss' replacement whenever his time is done with in NE may be

Most definately,BB would have to be crazy to pass up this guy if he sticks around at 22

Word out though is the Cowboys trading with Miami to grab Bryant early and could include Marion Barber...lets hope not

I will be disappointed if BB has the chance to take Bryant at 22 and passes on him.

I have heard the Cowboys are very high on Jordan Shipley out of Texas in round 2 or 3, and taking 2 top WRs doesnt make much sense

Yeah, it reminds me of last year before the draft when some teams were shying away from Matt Stafford when he didn't want to talk about how his parents divorced when he was in high school.

Bryant's not an angel but he's not the devil either. If he fell that far to us, he'd have a lot of "pissed off" in him to unleash on the teams that passed on him. He'd be a great addition to our team.

He may be too dumb to draft. Just saying...did he run a lot of different routes? I've heard it was mostly go patterns...remember chad jackson? Immaturity is NOT a good thing. I'd rather take a guy later like blair white (much later), scott long, damien williams, emmanual sanders, roberts...these guys were captains/leaders of their team, not some immature brat who might not even be smart enough to learn a very complicted offense.

I dont know, I think he is worth it. He has an incredible upside and has 2 of the best veteran WRs in the NFL to learn from in Moss and Holt. Moss for play making and Holt for route running. BB met with him, he knows just how smart he may/may not be and we'll let him make the call
