DeVante Parker Retires

Based on this, it sounds like the team will get a $3.19M credit to their cap either immediately or next year. Good news!

I do wonder why Parker did this. Once he got released he could have simply chosen not to sign anywhere, not retire either, and gotten paid those millions of dollars. The Pats could’ve possibly had a grievance but who knows how that would have gone. Parker signing elsewhere then retiring before he is actually asked to do anything removes any chance of him seeing the money.

I thought his real name was Carter?

I was thinking of you guys when I saw this LOL...
Was thinking of you too Real we saw that a mile away. Only BB couldn't see it through those binoculars.

That's too funny.. those binoculars needed some new lenses. Like the ones wolf uses. Stuck In Park knew he had no chance of making that roster so retirement was an easy choice for him.. do we get back the 6th rounder?

This crap really will never end will it? Every bad decision "Rumor has it Bill's hand was forced". Yes and the easter bunny still leaves eggs for me to find every spring too.
It was reported bill was forced to sign his 25 million contract.. he was pressured to do it.

I know I have been labeled as anti-Bill but overall I am nowhere close to "anti-Bill". We don't win 6 rings with any other coach here. Point blank. With that being said he isn't infallible and this notion that all the poor decisions were forced on him is just laughable. Mac, Juju, not paying/retaining guys. All were some elaborate scheme by Kraft to take Bill down because Kraft really is just a guy willing to cut off his nose to spite his face.
