First of all - I can’t believe Bill gave this guy a multi year extension just last year. “A year too early” definitely went out the window here.

Second of all - curious how this would impact the Patriots cap in any way, if at all. I’m guessing it doesn’t but maybe? I believe he was subject to offset language and wonder if the retirement impacts that.
