Refresh my memory but wasn't Rodney Harrison about to sign with Denver back in 03 when we called up? If I remember right, he was actually at the stadium about to sign a contract when his agent told him the Patriots just called.

Or am I just insane?

Best part was Rodney getting the not-so-royal treatment from Logan to Gillette offices (no Limo waiting for him etc.). Rodney would later smile at the low key Patriot approach to romancing free agents.
