What a terrible story. Condolences to the family.
A poignant reminder to all of us not to take anything for granted.


A side note - was curious why EMT's at such a huge public gathering did not have a portable defibrillator machine with them. Rate of survival is so much greater with the defrib as opposed to manual chest compressions. Just curious.

When we walked in I took a pic on my phone from the concourse in front of McDonald's in the south endzone. When we got up to our seats, my GF's brothers told us what had happened. I pulled out my phone and looked at the pic and in the extreme bottom left you can see the emergency workers. I didn't even realize it was happening at the time.

the story gets sadder and sadder, when he was told by a nfl offical he can go on the field and take pics... and a security guy told him no..Very sad my heart goes out to his families...
