Re: James Ihedigbo

good guy at the very least. being in NY I was able to listen to him in interviews from time to time on the radio. seems like a well spoken, smart person. hope he does well here

Re: James Ihedigbo

Above average special teamer and a hard hitting safety, kinda slow for a DB.

Good guy, good pick up.

Re: James Ihedigbo

need more former Jets, too bad the Burrs got Gholston

Re: James Ihedigbo

......Who?

Re: James Ihedigbo

Not surprising they bought him in with Bret Lockett's injury in the Bucs game yesterday.

Re: James Ihedigbo

An Amherst High School and Umass product.

Re: James Ihedigbo

Local guy, born in Northampton MA, played HS football in Amherst and attended UMass-Amherst. Welcome to the good guys' side.

Re: James Ihedigbo

He is the player who whined that Koppen and Gronk intentionally tried to hurt him (tear his knee out) in the 45-3 win.

Re: James Ihedigbo

Lockett out, Ihedigbo in.

We may or may not have a roster spot for a fifth safety who is a special teams specialist.

I used to work for Kollmorgan .... Northampton company :rocker:

Re: James Ihedigbo

He was an average player for the Jets, which surely means that he'll come into Foxboro and be turn into and all-pro with some real coaching.

Welcome to the party James (if you make the cut). Looks like Lockett's replacement.

Re: James Ihedigbo

Let's not waste spots on the roster for DBs, let's just put DL in our backfield !

I bet Vince W would put a HUGE beatdown on WRs trying to attack the middle of the field !

Re: James Ihedigbo

Hard hitting safety with a heady attitude. He could establish some toughness in our backfield/special teams.

Could also be a potential match-up against TEs.

Re: James Ihedigbo

As several people have pointed out, he is basically Lockett. By safety standards he's big, slow, and hard-hitting. Pretty much a STer.
