His job is to catch the ball and move the offense. I thought he politely ended the interview with Andrea though. I seem to remember him having a smile on his face while telling her that Bill requested his presence.
Haven't really heard him speak before but I thought he sounded intelligent and coherent enough in his interviewWelker isn't the greatest of interviews
Actually, I think Bill was trying to protect Welker. My guess is that he could see that Andrea's Patriot-lust was reaching the point where she might, ahem, take matters into her own hands. :scared:
2 minutes seems long enough anyway. Can the guy even talk? Does he sound intelligent, or just a bunch of meathead, deer in the headlight responses?

:rocker:Or....... He just wanted to get the eff out of there. Same ole dumb questions get asked and he just wanted to get out. He looked like he wanted to be anywhere but there. So WW puled the old "Oh, the coach needs me, I gotta go.". That's what I would have done.
he called welker to cut short his interview with kramer with 2 minutes into the interview. i dont normally listen to them except for the brady interviews and this is what they find to dicuss.

Yeah, like when you're on the phone with someone who won't shut up and you say, "Whoops, someon's at the door. Gotta go. Bye."
Exactly. By mentioning BB, Welker had a built in credible excuse to escape the interview.
Imagine that - the media being really unhappy that BB doesn't want extended media interviews.
