Crowd Noise

That was a really quiet crowd today. I think it started loud, but by the 3rd quarter you could hear the cheerleaders 'defense' chant. Earlier in the week there was a thread about fans being too optimistic about this team. And I think the lack of crowd noise is one of the results of this over confidence. People are expecting to win and just sit there and watch, waiting for something 'special' to happen instead of cheering for what IS happening.

As much as I love th NE cheerleaders, I hope I never hear them again on my TV. After all, cheerleaders should be seen and not heard.
