the one time this year i'll root for the Cowboy's (probably)

Unbelievable how the Patriots front office passes on a speciman like Dez Bryant....We seem to have a horrible track record drafting WRs and RBs this past decade. I love McCourty, a great draft pick, but I still think Dez was the better choice. Dez can single handily change a game with his prescence.

I wanted Dez, but I get the feeling he's going to self destruct.

...and there it is. Later than expected, but still inevitable since Bryant has made two catches this game.

I'm happy with the Pro Bowl corner AND Taylor Price, which is basically what we got for trading spots with Dallas. Bryant is entirely capable of being an All Pro WR assuming he doesn't end up in jail or self-destruct some other way. If the kid can't figure out simple math, I don't like his chances in our passing offense.
