Congratulation Tom Brady #187

While 187 is an important number it pales compared to 212 which is the real number as far as I am concerned. Would like him to get it up to around 250 before calling it a a career. The 187 allowed Brady to position himself for the far more important 25 post season wins. Playing in 11 AFC Championship games, winning 7 of them then adding 5 Super Bowls is absurd when you really think about it.

Why is 212 more significant?

212 is more significant than 187 because it includes all of his wins. Post season success is the most important factor for any season and for a career. If he had retired after the Superbowl I would still have considered him the all time wins leader regardless of regular season totals.

Very happy that TB broke another record, congrats again

I love me some Tom Brady. Not embarrassed to admit that. Didn’t have his usual GREAT game, but man he made some sick throws. That bomb to Cooks, wow, perfect. Some of those bullets he was throwing, he looked like a 25 year old.

nobody can deny how great Brady is

the all time GOAT

but i still cant believe peyton has 4 SB appearances and 2 rings with different coaches

Peyton is one of the greatest that ever was at the position especially in the regular season.

With that said the Denver Broncos managed to win a playoff game with Tim Tebow just before Peyton arrived. Let’s not make the mistake of thinking the Broncos were a nothing team before Peyton arrived. And of course Brock Osweiler was one big reason why they even made the playoffs when they won in 2015.

Forever, the Greatest to have ever laced up NFL cleats, thank you Tommy for everything you've given us over these last 17 years. Let's just get one more Ring to match the Black and Gold all by yourself and anything after this is simply ice cream with jimmies...

187 and counting, with no end in sight. Congrats TB12 - G.O.A.T. We are so lucky to be your fans!

It's official! Tom is running out of records to get.

That is a tongue and cheek statement but actually also true. We will need to get use to Brady breaking less and less records.

What is left for him?

Total TDs and Total yards all time. Those will be nice. Maybe even most completions and attempts all time but those aren't as valued. Still may get those records when all is said and done.

Besides that it is just single season and career % records. Those are cool but they mean less. As offense is made easier and rules are changed QBs will break passer rating in a single season or over a career as well as other stats like that. It be nice to have but honestly they won't last no matter who gets them.

I'd say 199 is more important...
