The biggest win of the year so far for our Patriots. I seriously can not find fault with ANY person, or part of our team after this glorious win. Here are the guys that I REALLY feel made a difference tonight:
1) Tom Brady......Great to see the old Tom back tonight. Crisp, sharp, and perfectly placed passes. Incredible intensity and focus. Well done Tom......lets keep it going.
2) Devon McCourty......He is the REAL deal.......no one would ever realize he was a rook without knowing it. He is already looking like a shut down corner. He is getting better every week and has incredible instincts. If he keeps playing at this level....please BB and Mr Kraft....LOCK him up, and pay him the dough.....lets not let another top corner leave and have us take years to replace him
3) Pat Chung.....Dude you are also the real sh#t......and you can see how different the D is without you........Stay healthy so you can kick a##!!!
4) GRONK!!!.....way to redeem yourself.........great game!!!!
5) Mankins......NOW, I hope the Pats re-sign you. I watched several plays where I keyed in specifically on Logan...,.He blew up his opponents tonight.......Want to know why BJGE got the yards he did on several runs? Alot was because of Logan. BUT....make no mistake..the OL overall played incredibly....
6) Alge Crumpler....incredible blocking........made a huge difference tonight.....great team player!!!!!!!!!!!!!
7) BJGE.......ran alot of HARD YARDS against the best run defense in the league (or at least one of the top)........good game....and good blocking overall
8) DEFENSE!!! Crable.....Mayo......Spikes,......Cunningham.......ALL OF THEM......great game by a defense that is continuing to "come together".....all while going through a re-build phase......
9) Welk.........great game.....looked like the old welker tonight against a incredible defense.....he fought EXTREMELY hard for every yard tonight......
10) Coaching.......much improved tonight.....sure, everything looks better with a win....but damn, you guys adjusted when you needed to and coached very intelligently tonight.....
11) welcome Shawn Graham......HIT those XP son.....and BB.....might want to start tryouts for someone to KICK OFF DEEP!!!!.......kickoffs to the opponents 20 yrd line is NOT GOING to cut it!!!!
