Not sure how I feel about Flores poaching coaches since I don't work in the industry and don't have an understanding of what the gentleman's agreement is there, but losing O'Shea definitely hurt us; probably some of the other coaching losses, too.

Flores has done a good job to get this team to buy into what he wants. Consider that he traded Tunsil, Minka Fitzpatric and has gotten a load of draft picks he may have found a formula for the Dolphins..

They should get one of the big name QB's in next years draft, and Fitzpatrick is already under contract +their draft picks, may continue to improve.

Today was a bitter pill to swallow. But congrats to Brian Flores for coaching the Dolphins to a great second half of the year.

That squad played with Patriots grit. The Patriots, on the other hand, look like they need to stop pouting. Hopefully we haven't seen the end of Bill's effectiveness as a motivator, as this team played entitled and lazy for long stretches this year.

Congrats you managed to do it. First time ever that both @captain insano and @captain stone agree to dislike a post.

Congratulating Flores isn't like thanking the Ravens, Chiefs, etc. for beating us when their staffs have no significant history with the Patriots.

You're right, it's even worse. Flores is in the Pats' division. BB's coldness toward him is for a reason and it's not just sour grapes. If you want to know why, watch the recent documentary with BB and Saban -- Flores crossed the line w/staff meddling.

I know a fanatic dolphins fan who only bashes the Dolphis for the past decades who is super excited with Flores.

Seems to me Flores did a very difficult thing that is turning a losing team around in a season they had nothing to fight for, with the fan base and ownership wanting a tank. He also lost many valuable players in the process but the most important thing in a team like that is building a winning culture in the locker room. A 5th - 10th overall pick in a team like this or the Bills under McDermott for example is worth more than the 1st overall when these teams were absolutely jokes. Like the Bengals, make no mistake, they will ruin this kid Joe Burrow.

He stole our coaches and some of our scheme and brought it to MIami. He is a treacherous bastard as far as I am concerned. There is no law in the universe that says that I am obligated to congratulate him. He can go rot in the darkest place in hell. He beat my team. I am a fan of the Patriots not the Dolphins. I have hated the Dolphins for years. His presence does not change my hate.
