Cowherd’s crazy trade idea

I have heard a lot of people talk about trading Garoppalo for picks, but I have not heard player for player trades mentioned.

Colin Cowherd is an idiot, but he does have a lot of visibility.

I am not even sure if we could afford these 3, but I did find this suggestion interesting.

Any of those guys on team friendly deals? Still wouldn't want to strengthen a team like KC. But Denver would be screwed for years.

Kelce is an ass but I'd be willing to overlook for the other 2...

Wow, can I have Cowherd's job?

Where is this coming from?

What will they do with Alex Smith? Hes$17m vs the cap next year.

Based on what I've read both Berry and Poe are FAs

Kelce's contract has some $9m and $10m cap numbers thru 2021

No thanks

Cowherd is throwing out stupid stuff. The other day he said Brady is playing for his job. Poe and Berry both being free agents, you can't even give him the benefit of the doubt and say he meant franchise one and deal him as they did Cassel.

Nah I want high 1st round picks.

Cowherd can make some good points at times, and can really have some interesting ideas. But sometimes the guy just really overthinks himself with way too hot of takes.

Kelce's a beast - I doubt KC would do it straight up, him for JAG.

While we are talking crazy ideas, how about trading JimmyG to Dallas for a 1st round pick, Elliot and their entire offensive line ! And then Dak can be their back up !!

I like Colin a lot, but he may just have a bit too much spit on his lips this time.

Cowherd put 0 actual thought into this one obviously.

You are correct, Berry and Poe are both FAs.

Smith has a $17M contract with $7M dead cap hit. Moving Kelce would result in another roughly $8M in dead money for the Chiefs, though it would lower his number to $8M/$10M for the team acquiring him since $2M per season goes on the Chiefs cap.

So Cowherd thinks we'll take 2 FAs who will be on the roster for a month or so, Kelce, and the Chiefs get one year of Jimmy and a $17M backup QB, and potentially $8M-$15M in dead money.

That might be the stupidest hot take of the year, and it's only January 21...

Lol I think we'd be lucky to get one of those guys.

Whenever I see Colin Cowherd on TV, I remember nothing means anything anymore.

No thanks, not because its a really stupid trade, but because Elliott will get a year ban for hiiting women the moment he sets foot in Patriots place.
