The conspiracy nut side of my brain feels like someone was digging for dirt on key Pats players and convinced claimants to come forward with the most outlandish version of events possible.

Of course, the reasonable thing to do is wait for the facts...

But the timing is...something...

“According to court documents, on Dec. 4, an email sent from the victim to police stated she does not want to move forward with charges.“

So what’s the deal here. Is this case settled or not?

It's going to court. He's to be arraigned in February, days before the Super Bowl.

Attleboro filed the criminal charge on Dec 16th.

Happened on August 8....almost 5 months ago...there's absolutely no way to prove/disprove that this happened without video.

So is this any further than where Diggs situation is? I’m assuming there’s evidence here in this case? Also would have to wonder if the league has been aware to some extent for longer

WTF

Let the legal process play out.

Just win baby.

Someone give me an early read on this deal compared to Diggs, and how likely Barmore could get put on the exempt list?

We got a sneak peek of what a wonderful guy Barmore is back in 2024, not surprised by this at all.

".......The misdemeanor charge stems from an alleged incident in Mansfield on Aug. 8.

According to charging documents, the victim had been in a relationship with Barmore.

She alleged Barmore became angry with her about the air conditioning temperature in his bedroom and that they also had an argument over food.

According to court documents, the victim told police Barmore grabbed her phone from her hands while she was trying to leave the house.

Charging documents stated the victim "intended to open the door and scream for help but Christian grabbed her before she could and threw her to the floor."

The victim claimed Barmore grabbed her by the shirt "in the area of the neck" as she tried to get up, but he eventually let her go.

According to court documents, on Dec. 4, an email sent from the victim to police stated she does not want to move forward with charges.

The criminal complaint was issued on Dec. 16, and Barmore is scheduled to be arraigned on Feb. 3, 2026, five days before Super Bowl LX."

These are the only facts on this I can find.

Maye or Vrabel are next? Lol

I can't agree enough.

This reads much different than Diggs statement. Though I do wonder if the leagues awareness of this matter stemming way back means anything
