ESPN settled the Berman sexual harrassment case with the victim very quickly. Attorney Gloria Allred usually wants these things to go further and create more shaming headlines. The harrassment must have been less serious than inappropriate contact or photo/video - it was apparently based on tasteless e-mails and comments.

It will be interesting to see if she squeezed a public apology out of him and ESPN, or a suspension. He gets all sanctimonious when players are not contrite for offenses that make it into the media. It would be good for him to show remorse for being a sophomoric slimeball.
