It's a fact. They've sucked.

With that said, Chip is already a better HC than Weis, RAC, Rat and JMD.

Agree that chip is better, I actually think Chip is in a certain way a good coach, I think hell prove that in the nfl if he gets a fair chance. to add to your list, Saban and Ferentz come from the BB tree and have had success in college. Jim schwartz and Al Groh are two other failed assistants. Jury is still out on BOB though

BOB has been solid to very good. He took over Penn State in the middle of the darkest event to ever impact a college sports program and won despite the loss of scholarships, bowl eligibility etc... And he has been winning in Houston without a QB. Both attempts to get one have failed. I'm sure he bares a good bit of the responsibility for that, which in my opinion is his only negative so far.

I think BOB is pretty good but needs more time.

I would think it would be every coaches dream to win a superbowl. Hes better than Bear Bryant already(who is overrated, wasnt the goat before saban) But Saban and family is very happy where they are. Wouldnt be suprised if he just stayed there for the remainder of his career

I believe it was a radio talk show on Sirius...I don't recall which one.

After googling it I may have been remembering the Bo Davis situation and the other self reported violations subsequent.
