Chargers @ Chiefs - who do you root for?

Hill is just so damn explosive. I mean I don't wanna belittle what he does but I swear... CBs who cover him. It is like they have never lined up against a burner before. He isn't the only guy in the NFL who can outrun people and yet he seems to be the only one to beat them consistently.

Cook's a burner but he hasn't been able to get as open the last two games. Hopefully that changes tomorrow.

Cooks was behind the D Mon. Brady underthrew him.

Edit: unless you wear Andy homer glasses.
Brady was pressured when Lawrence Timmons came in unblocked on the second Patriots play of the game, but he underthrew Brandin Cooks for an interception when he had plenty of time in the pocket. (Brady was picked again by Howard on a slightly underthrown pass to Cooks early in the third quarter. Again, he had plenty of time.)
Five quick thoughts: Dolphins bring the heat to Brady, Patriots

. Brady underthrew an open Brandin Cooks deep, and Howard closed for the interception and a 29-yard return to set up a touchdown.
Brady intercepted twice as Dolphins beat Pats 27-20

Figured the Chargers would come all the way back and probably blow this. Wild Chiefs crowd tonight.

It's tough to compare both are burners but Cooks is NFL fast, Hill is like olympic games fast.

Hill can seperate 5+ yards from every DB with just pure speed i don't think even Cooks can do that.

Chargers. If pats dont go all the way, I am rooting for rivers.

Only the chargers can miss these big extra points.

I want to throttle whoever came up with the idea for that moronic Joe Montana commercial where he "passes" the vase. Awful.

I know of one play Cooks was deep and had a step and a half on his defender. Brady under threw it, Cooks slowed down to try to make the over the shoulder catch, the under throw allowed the defender to make up the space and get to the ball. That's a factual statement with the exception of measuring whether it was a step, step and a half, or 2 steps.

The issue is throwing 40+ yards down the field. Doesn't matter if it's GOAT or a middling QB -- when you throw 40+ yards down the field the odds of putting the ball on target drop markedly. There are reasons why the deep game isn't the norm and that's one of the reasons (increased chance of failure, increased chance of Int, increased chance of sacking the QB). It's not a knock on any QB that doesn't put the pass on the money that far down the field. It's the nature of the beast with the long ball...

OK Chargers you have my attention now that you have closed the gap to 10-6.

However your competing against a Celtics 31-12 first quarter in Memphis.

Before the game started I was pro-Chargers but I think its in Pats best interest to avoid LA in the playoffs but its tough to cheer for KC.

Hopefully NBSBH and NFL Network ads don't line up.

I'm happy for Norm McDonald if got hired again by KFC.

Controversial review

There you go, some things never change, Rivers throwing a pick with the game (and division title) on the line and Reid wasting a timeout with a stupid challenge

That is a catch. The ball didn’t move because of the ground

Lol Chargers about to lose eight straight to these guys.

Rivers with the choke clinic.
