Maybe he'll change his name to Gordon Ramsey

FYI to anyone who didn't notice: this video was uploaded two weeks ago.

No, more I think boring old farts such as yourself who enjoy being killjoys and don't appreciate the difference between someone cursing out of competitive frustration and what a stupid person is should (Please be quiet - edited).

Actually my brother has hosted a comedy night and done standup in NYC for eight years, and comes back and plays Nick's and the Hong Kong when he's in Boston.

Occasionally, he'll play out in the sticks for rubes like you and tells me comedians always have a secondary routine full of **** jokes for that type of audience, because that's all they laugh at.

I have no problem with searing or something else if you're a comedian. Charlie Weis is actually funny.

Just saying **** and calling out defensive backs isn't funny by itself, unless you're in sixth grade and giggle every time somebody says a bad word. I've listened to some of the bluest and funniest comedy routines. He's not really funny, I'm sorry, he's an attention whore.

I thought it was funny. I laughed, even.

Please don't make any penis inferences. They offend me.

I hope the game plan isn't for him to sit out the first offensive series every f'in week for harmlessly talking trash and provididing bulletin board material to guys who have increasingly seem to have gotten the better of him.

I know Bill gets a kick out of him. I know he has or had talent and doesn't seem to have a mean bone in his body. We shall see how harmless it is when he's on your roster...and MTV and YouTube and Twitter in season... I hope they had a long serious talk before he restructured his contract but I have also always gotten the sense from Chad that he can't be anyone other than the free spirited self promoter he is, and that guy could cause Bill some headaches or put him on the spot with the rest of the team as the season unfolds.

By the way, I guess none of you have kids, or you're fine with your five year old's sports hero talking like that on youtube, eh?

Sorry about your penis.
It's been a battle being lost for a very long time RayClay. Apologies about my little tirade earlier. I'm not offended by cursing nor believe he's stupid more an abstract entertainer (which is fine provided it doesn't become a distraction).

I don't let kids anywhere near that young on Youtube unsupervised.
And I'm not happy with myself when I use F bombs.
That said, it's football and not everyone has to conform with the way I live my life. Certainly not Brady or Belichick for 2 examples.

Why are you letting five year olds view youtube without pre-screening it?

Peace, brother. It's just you painting me as a prude is hilarious, if you knew me. His inability to express himself for two seconds without cursing is a separate issue from whether he is funny, or has a tremendous emotional need for constant attention, but I just happen to think no to number two (funny) and yes to number three (attention addict).

Your opinions may differ.

He's not here to tap dance up a giraffe's neck, though. He's here to run the patterns and catch some TD's.

I believe when the time comes he can't do that, he won't get nearly as much attention, but what do i know? Given the current level of entertainment on TV, he may have shows on 7 days a week and people will watch them.

My point being an f bomb in the heat of battle is a bit different than creating a youtube intentionally like that. Doesn't bother me, I just don't think it's funny.

The vid with Belichick and the double coverage was funny, mostly because belichick has some comic timing.

Be that as it may, run the route, catch the ball and we'll be fine. I guess I'm just not the audience for the comic stylings of Oucho.

I think your perception of Chad Ochocinco is a bit removed from reality. He really isn't the classic WR premadonna. He's isn't a "curse-obsesed" guy and is actually fairly respectable and straight-edge. He doesn't drink alcohol and is in his own way incredibly respectful to people. At the same time he likes to have fun with people and joke, which can be viewed by certain people as disrespectful. But that is certainly not his intent.

He a very moral and principled person, which is part of the reason him and Belichick are drawn to each other.

He is kind of like a cute teddy bear actually. He doesn't mean harm ever, wants to win as much as anything, and is actually pretty harmless. The fact that he strays far away from the typical gangster that defines WR's in this league is exactly what I like so much about the guy. He needs structure, and thats why I think he will strive so much with BB. I really think it's a match made in heaven.

Also, I just checked out his highlights from last year on NFL.com. He may not be able to break the top of a defense anymore, but his route running is precise and it seems as though he has a natural intelligence for how to beat zones. You know, the kind that can't really be taught.

I don't care about his personal life, if that's a concern. I would like to know less about him than I do now.:blahblah:

Run route, catch ball would be fine.
